As always my hats are made with the softest high quality yarn unless otherwise listed.

At this time I am out of the color Dusty Purple for custom orders. I do have a Lavender instead.

*Current turn around time right now is between 7 to 14 days to make before shipping on custom orders.

* All items are shipped regular 1st class mail with delivery confirmation within the U.S. Items are made in the order they are received. Sorry there is no delivery confirmation on international orders.

*If you need a item made before the 7 day turn around time there will be a $10 rush order fee. This does not include rush shipping. Items will still ship regular first class mail.

*Many of my items are not custom and are ready to ship. They will ship the next business day after receipt of payment unless purchased with a custom order. If purchased with a custom order they will be sent when the custom order is shipped.

If you don't see a color you would like listed in my shop, feel free to ask for it because chances are I have it in stock!

If you are not happy with your item please feel free to contact me and we can work something out. I want my customers to be happy.
