dbulla's Shop Announcement

My name is Dwayne Bulla and I am a junk metal artist. I truly believe that "One Man's Junk Is Another Man's Treasure". I also believe that with the right "junk" and a little imagination, one can turn "Trash into Treasure".

I combine old world blacksmithing and new world welding to
create unique items for home and garden from old tools and discarded metal.

Although some pieces may appear similar, all pieces are handcrafted and are one of a kind.

Please see my "Shop Policies" for information on shipping, returns, special requests and payment options. Please feel free to contact me via Convo or at dwayne [!at] dbulla.com for any information not provided.

With the whole green movement starting to gain speed, I am glad that I can be a part of it as most of my "raw materials" would probably end up in the landfill.

Thanks for visiting.
Dwayne

dbulla's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the madness that is Junk Metal Art. I hope you enjoy the visit. Please feel free to Convo me with any questions. I love to hear from my visitors.

Payment

Payment for an item is by PayPal in most cases. If you do not have a PayPal account and would still like to purchase something, don't sweat it. I will take a money order for payment. Please contact me if you would like to exercise this option and I will tell you where to send the money order. Your item will be shipped after receipt of check.

Shipping

Most items ship via the good ole US Postal Service as they promise to deliver in rain, snow, sleet or dark of night ...however that saying goes. In either case, you will receive an email from me telling you when the item shipped along with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number.

It will take me a day or so to process and package your purchase, but I promise to do yours first.

At the present time, I am only shipping to addresses in the United States.

Most items will ship Priority Mail. However, in order to keep postage fees low, some items may ship Parcel Post (Mostly West Coast shipments)

Refunds and Exchanges

Let's be honest, no one likes returns, but I want you to be happy with your purchase. I want your purchase to be risk free because if I were on the other end, I would want the same for myself. I also understand that although the internet is a great thing, you cannot touch, finger, feel or smell the items shown. (Does rust smell?)

If you are not completely head over heels about your purchase please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving it and I will refund your purchase price along with the shipping charges. Please note that the fact that the piece is rusty does not count. It's suppose to be that way!

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are purchasing an item as a gift for someone, please let me know. I will be glad to add a note on your behalf. Just put your info in the area where it says "Message from Buyer". Just don't expect that a Hallmark card will be sent.

If you are a shop owner and would like to carry some items in your place of business, please contact me for further details. I do have some items that are available for wholesale purchases. (Minimum Purchase Required)
