I am a one-woman team based in Norfolk. I am passionate about gemstones and truly love designing and making stunning jewellery. All my items are finished with 925 Sterling Silver. No plastics, no synthetics.
I accept PayPal as my main method of payment, through which you can pay by credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. Choose PayPal and follow the instructions on screen.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be shipped within 3 working days via Royal Mail Recorded delivery which can take between 3-4 days to arrive. Altogether you should expect your delivery within 7 days.
For international customers your item will be shipped by Airmail which can take up to 28 days to arrive.
In the unlikely event that your item does not reach you, an investigation will take place to track your item. In the event that your item cannot be found a refund will be given.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to offer a refund if you are unhappy with your item or have changed your mind within 14 days. You can also cancel your order before it is dispatched. The price paid will be the price returned, any postage costs incurred with a return are to be met by the buyer.
Please note that for hygeine reasons we are unable to offer refunds on earrings but, as with any order, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Please be aware that full or part-payment is required before work can begin on your design. This payment is non-refundable.
