hello hello!

dear birthday is back in action!
we're easing back into work over here after a crazy summer with our NEW BABY, the sweet little alden louis. right now we're taking orders for the compound dress and selling off our old stock of valerian cards at a lovely discount. as of now, there are no hard plans for a "collection", but we intend to bring you lovely one-of-a-kind treasures for ladies, gents and babes alike.

dear birthday is a one-lady operation run by valerie soles--everything you see here was designed and sewn up by valerie herself in beautiful brooklyn, new york. the cards are a collaborative project between valerie and her AMAZING artist boyfriend ian (hence the name, valerian) and there are plans for a separate etsy shop for that in the works...eventually.
