I have always dreamed of owning a little shop.... or rather a shoppe. It would be the kind where things are always moved around to make new clever displays. Some items would be vintage, others handmade. I would bring my spotty dog, Luke to work with me. He'd lay behind the counter, and lazily stretch and rise to greet whomever made the door chime.
I'd have jars of candy for my customers, but no chocolate because I'd eat it all....
My store would smell like cinnamon in the fall and winter, and citrus in the spring and summer.
The floors in my store would be scratched, and uneven. There would always be music playing. Not the elevator music one might expect either.... It might even be a bit too loud for some. But my dog and I also like to dance!
