I love buying beautiful and unusual stones, pearls, seeds, charms, ceramic beads, pendants, and crystals from all over the world and fashioning them into wearable art. Where possible, I support free trade (Karen Hill Tribe silver) and buy materials that are friendly to animals and the environment (tagua nuts and pleather.)

I donate at least 20% of all profits to organizations working for animals - the SPCA, the Canadian Federation of Humane Societies, and the Fauna Foundation. I'm also a proud member of Etsy for Animals - a street team of Etsy artisans helping animals - and of Etsyveg - a group of Etsy sellers aiming to increase the visibility of vegan and vegetarian products in the marketplace, create a place to easily find a wide array of amazing goods handcrafted by people committed to this lifestyle, and offer support and community to fellow vegans or vegetarians on a similar creative path.

Out of respect for the environment, I keep packaging to a minimum and use recycled materials where possible.
