Glad you stopped by! I strive to create a good product that can be used by you to create a great quality knitted item that will last a long time. If you have any questions or requests, please contact me.
Payment
I only take Paypal payments. Please pay for item(s) immediately to ensure prompt shipping. If items have not been paid for after 3 days, the sale will be cancelled. If you live in the state of Florida, 7% sales tax will be added to the sale a the time of checkout.
Shipping
All items will be shipped First Class mail within the United States and will include Delivery Confirmation with tracking number. Shipping times on First Class mail may vary. It will be $3.00 for shipping one item, and an extra item will be $4.00. For more than two, please contact me for shipping rates.
If you'd prefer that I send your purchase Priority, please let me know ahead of time. The rate for Priority mail is $6.00 with Delivery Confirmation - up to 1 lb. which is about 3-4 items (roughly). Delivery time will be 2-3 days with a day for me to put it all together for you.
For Canadian buyers, shipping will be First Class International package. Shipping times will vary and will be $6.00 for items under 1lb. I will email you to let you know when it goes out. If you prefer Priority, please let me know ahead of time. It will be $11 for however much I can fit in a 5 3/8" x 8 1/2" X 1 3/4" box.
For international shipping shipping will be First Class International. Shipping times will vary, and will be $12.00 up to 1lb. If you prefer Priority, please let me know ahead of time. It will be $14 for however much I can fit in a 5 3/8" x 8 1/2" X 1 3/4" box.
Refunds and Exchanges
Mistakes in purchasing can be made. Maybe you purchased an item and your monitor shows it one color, but when it arrives it's not what you expected. That's understandable. I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the item is returned damaged or not in it's original state (already knitted, partially spun, yardage missing from skein, etc), I will not accept the return and will not send the refund. Cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the client.
If you have any questions or there are any problems with the item purchased, please contact me and I will help you out and correct any errors that may have occurred.
