I am happy to introduce additional styles of jewelry into my shop! For years I have collected sterling silver pieces and parts not wanting them to end up in the landfill. I am excited to take them apart and use them to recreate mostly one of a kind pieces. Note that some of my new pieces are not from reclaimed materials and will state it in the description if they are.


My polymer clay pieces are made using the fine art technique of millefiori. This is a technique that glass artists have used for centuries. Millefiori means "thousand flowers"
In making my designs, the detail that you see results from hand blending colors and hand building the elements. Then assembling them into patterns to form what is called a "cane". It is then reduced by hand making it smaller and longer. When the cane is sliced the detailed pattern is revealed inside.
