My processing time before shipping your order could be 5 to 7 business days, and may be sooner, after your order was placed. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the order is shipped to arrive at a US destination and 10 to 14 business days to arrive internationally. If you need a small uncomplicated order shipped out right away please advise me before making the purchase and I will see what I can do to accommodate your needs. The United States Postal rates for International shipping has recently doubled in cost. Do not be discouraged by high postal rates if you are an international customer. I will issue any refund overcharges to you after I calculate the actual shipping and handling charges (Paypals processing fee to process the credit card transaction) plus any insurance charges thru Paypal once shipped. If you are a US buyer and have placed a large order, I will do the same.

Most of my flowers DO NOT have pins or clips attached. You would need to attach them yourself. Some of my larger flowers I do attach a pin to but it is stated in the listing. I can add a pin or clip to any flower for an additional charge of .75 per flower if needed. Please convo me before the payment is made and I will set up a custom listing for you for this item.
