I designed this bandana skirt after my sis gave me a 60's bandana skirt that she had bought years ago. I wanted to copy it at first, but I actually went in "design mode" and created a pattern that has an adjustable waistband, and that is totally dependant on your height, not on those pesky waist and hip measurements! That is really really an important feature of my design...real free-flowing and body-friendly!!!
