Deluxa opened in October of 2008, to share and promote a lifestyle of heritage, beauty, individuality, and sustainability. We love and adore things with pasts, things with life, and want to share these things with you to give them a future.
Please complete payment within 3 days of purchase. If you need or would like more time to pay, please contact us. Paypal only please!
Most items are shipped in 1-3 business days from their purchase and sent via Parcel Post. If you need something quicker than this, please contact us and I'm sure we can accommodate.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items in our store are vintage, and have had a past life. We do our best to disclose all and any flaws, and include ratings pertaining to their condition ranging from Mint to Excellent to Very Good to Good to Fair to Poor.
While there may be minor flaws not included in the description, generally we only accept returns on items with gross errors pertaining to the description and/or condition rating.
If you have received an item that meets these standards, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and rectify the error.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Feel free to visit us in person in Brooklyn by appointment! We have a showroom dedicated mainly to furniture, but it is where we house the rest of our vintage wares if you'd like to browse our physical inventory.
