Shop policy & shipping notes for buyers:
1. All our photos are shot by ourselves, But due to the fact that all our items are handmade or at least half-handmade, differences of photos and items are unavoidable. Please take this into consideration before purchase.
2. All the handicrafts are only for adult use, not for child-play.
3. We try our best to provide you with the most delicate cover we can offer. Should you have any unsatisfactory or any suggestions, please contact us and we are appreciative for that
4. About the shipping time: we will mail your item in 3 work days. The whole shipping process will be divided into two parts: domestic shipping in China and international shipping to your country. The domestic shipping in China takes about 3 work days. The international shipping will take about 10-21 work days to arrive.If it happens to be holidays or peak season, the shipping might be a little longer due to the delay of post system of China. If you need an even faster way, such as DHL ,we’ll do our best to meet your needs. But if other ways of shipping produce extra fees and costumes, buyers will bear the cost.
5. About the shipping cost: the domestic shipping costs about $1.7/kg and the international shipping $15/kg and $2 for tracking. But we only take you $2 for one item and $1 for an additional one to help you get the best shipping cost.
6. Shipping method: We usually take the China Air Mail or ec-firstclass to ship the item. If you need an even faster way, such as DHL ,we’ll do our best to meet your needs. But if other ways of shipping produce extra fees and costumes, buyers will bear the cost.
7. Return policy: unconditional return (buyers pay the return shipping). Should you decide to return the item, please remember to choose traceable shipping ways. We’ll return your item cost once we receive the returned item.
