Though the internet and cell phones are great ways of staying in touch with others, I know I'm always excited to receive a handwritten piece of snail mail. (and a brightly colored envelope is so much more cheery than a bill from the electric company!) It is my hope that Greetings by Sarah will be used to spread love and bring cheer to your friends and family.

All products can be purchased with a valid credit card or with a PayPal account. You can also purchase with a check, but payment must be received before an item is shipped, and prior to the production of any custom greetings.
Please allow two days for me to process your order and print your greetings before your order is shipped.
All products are shipped first class via USPS and will typically be delivered within three to five business days after the item has been shipped.
In order to make my products more affordable to you I do not include insurance or delivery confirmation when shipping my greeting cards. If you would like one of these options please let me know and I will set up a custom listing for your product.
All listings will automatically add shipping charges within the US. If you need a product to be shipped internationally, please contact me for a custom listing. And please note, buyers will be responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to ensure that what you see is what you get, but please be reminded that all computer monitors are different and the colors you see on the screen may not be exactly the same as the printed cards and envelopes.
If you are not completely satisfied please contact me and we can discuss an exchange. Any requests for an exchange must be made within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping any cards that you return.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. If you do so within this time period you will be refunded all but a $0.50 re-listing fee. If you are canceling an order because you'd like to purchase something different from my shop, please contact me first and we can just change the order, but again please do so within 12 hours.
I'm sorry, but I cannot accept a return or exchange for any greetings that include custom text. Please make sure you double check the spelling of names and other custom text before submitting your order. If you think that I made a mistake please let me know and we can make arrangements to have your cards reprinted.
Please also double check your shipping address before finishing your order. I trust the USPS, but if you believe your product was lost in the mail just let me know and I will check to make sure I used the address you provided. If the cards need to be reshipped we can discuss arrangements.
