~~~ CLOSING FOR SUMMER BREAK ~~~
♥ DESIGNER FAVORS WILL BE CLOSED FOR SUMMER BREAK AND SHOP REDESIGN STARTING MAY 15 . I WILL STILL BE FULFILLING ORDERS AS NEEDED DURING THOSE DATES BUT ALL ORDERS FOR SUMMER PARTIES MUST BE PLACED BEFORE MAY 15TH ♥

I AM CURRENTLY BOOKED FOR PARTIES THROUGH JUNE 10th & ACCEPTING ORDERS FOR DATES OF JUNE 11th OR LATER (unless previously agreed upon through convo's). I wish I could accommodate everyone, but since each order is done by hand and is personalized I can only do so many in a day. Thank you for understanding!

Please Note: Standard Shipping time is about 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer depending on the amount of orders on my schedule). If you have a special shipping request just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

♥♥ Note: My shop completes/ships orders based on the YOUR PARTY DATE and NOT THE DATE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. I try my best to ship about 10-14 days before your party date. If your order is for a party scheduled in the future, I'll work on your order as the date approaches. Thank you for your patience. ♥♥

I work every day but I work limited hours on the weekends so correspondences might take a little longer if you order or contact me on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, I answer most emails either first thing in the morning or later in the evening so if you don't hear back from me right away, I promise I will answer your email as soon as I can.

Welcome

Designer Favors specializes in handmade, personalized party decor that will add a unique touch to any occasion. I pride myself on creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes and creating custom and personalized decorations for any occasion.

Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed.

Shipping

Due to order volume, I am currently shipping all new orders by date needed not by order date (unless otherwise discussed in a previous conversation). I try to ship all orders about 10-14 days before the date needed so if your order doesn't ship right away please know that it is on my schedule. Normal ship time is about 2-4 weeks from time ordered but may be longer due to shop schedule or date of your party. I will try to get them out as soon as possible but I make each order by hand on a per order basis and can only do so many at a time.

Priority shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance are available at an additional cost. if you would like to add any of these shipping options, please convo me and I will adjust your invoice accordingly.

I ship to your ETSY address listed on the invoice (NOT PayPal) so please make sure you have the correct address marked when checking out.

I do my best to package orders carefully so they get to you in great condition but I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost by the post office.

If you have a rush order or special shipping request, please convo me.

** Please Note: Due to recent shipping problems, I no longer ship internationally and will only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since all orders are custom and personalized, refunds or exchanges are only given for damaged goods.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Personalized Items:
I will send a digital proof for all personalized orders (such as cupcake toppers and gift tags) making sure your item will appear exactly how you wish. Once I receive an approval of the proof I will create your item(s).

Most items in my shop can be customized to match your party's color scheme or other decor. I am always happy to do custom orders, so feel free to contact me with any request and I will do my best to meet your needs.
