Welcome

Please allow up to 5-7 days for me to make and ship your order. If I have your design in stock I will ship it sooner.

Payment

I prefer payment through PayPal. PayPal payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. You do not need a PayPal account to pay securely with your credit card through PayPal.

I do accept money orders and personal checks. A money order or check must be
received within 7 days of purchase and clear before I ship your item.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation to the U.S. To Canada and all other countries I ship USPS First Class International. Please note: With USPS First Class International there is no tracking number other than the custom form number unless the item is shipped Priority. If you would like to upgrade to Priority, Express Mail or insurance, please contact me. I will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. I ship once a week, usually at the end of the week.

Bracelets and earrings come in a black jewelry box and are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International for $5.00. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees assigned at customs. Orders shipped via USPS First Class do not have delivery confirmation.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy, unless you specify otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee my work and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt of there is a problem.
