Welcome
I've long considered myself crafty, but have begun to see myself as an artisan in the past couple of years. My loves are many, but my passions few: I love working with papers, fibers, and fabrics, but am passionate about creating items of beauty with beads and wire. I believe in encouraging imagination, expression of ideas, and all creative endeavors, and am blessed to have a venue to show my own creations.
All Designs by Anna items are one of a kind (OOAK) handcrafted accessories, and, as such, will have unique characteristics impossible to duplicate exactly, whether a RaggBAGG (tm), a Red Threads Kumihimo cord, or a Wrapt (tm) pendant.
Customs orders are ENCOURAGED! RaggBAGGS (tm) in home team colors, or a Red Threads Kumihimo necklace, lariat, or bracelet in colors that represent your family, etc. make these unique items even more OOAK. convo me with your request and price quote. Bulk orders are acceptable as long as the purchaser has sufficient lead time for delivery. Again, convo me with your request and let's see what we can do.
Payment
Payments are appreciated within 3 days of purchase via a confirmed PayPal account. Custom orders and Bulk orders require a 50% deposit, non-refundable, for the order to be confirmed; balance due before shipment of order.
Shipping
Shipping via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation; insurance additional upon request. I am happy to play "gift angel" and ship to an address other than yours-convo me to make arrangements. International shipping available for additional charges upon request; purchaser is responsible for customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for price of item resulting from damage in transit, or lost in transit if seller contacted within 7 days of receipt; shipping charges non-refundable. Purchaser responsible for return shipping charges. Custom orders and Bulk orders non-refundable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
While items come from a non-smoking home, we DO have a dog (although she is rarely in the area where items are created).
