Hi, thank you for shopping with me. I want you to be happy my your purchase so please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Payment

I accept Paypay, checks or money orders. Please contact me for mailing instructions if you would like to mail check or money order.

Shipping

I ship all orders in padded envelopes inside a box if that is necessary for the piece. I mail first class mail but will mail however you prefer with you paying the additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the pieces. Please contact me. Item must be returned in its original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I guarantee my pieces for 1 year. Bracelets, like strands of pearls, need to be restrung every 3-5 years depending on the frequency that you wear it. I will be glad to restring the jewelry for $5.00 after the one year warranty.
