Payment
You should know that unfortunately we can't receive money through PAYPAL in my country, so I offer you the following possibilities.
1. Through Moneybookers.com sending the payment to dpcastillo [!at] gmail.com.
I personally like this one because you don't have to share any bank account, credit or debit card information, which makes it a lot safer. Money Bookers is world wide recognized.
2. An international Transfer through Western Union or the one of your preference.
3. A Bank Transfer directly into my personal account.
If you have another payment method of preference, any doubt on the methods mentioned above or you just want to speak directly with me, please contact me!

Yo personalmente prefiero esta porque así no tendrás que compartir niguna información de cuentas bancarias o tarjetas débito o crédito, lo que hace la transacción mucho más segura. Money Bookers es reconocido internacionalmente.

Shipping
I can ship to any part of the world, I work with three prices:
1. Inside Colombia (local)
2. America
3. The rest of the world
For International shipments, the shipment prices that are listed per product correspond to certificate mail shipments only, which can take up to 8 days to arrive. But if you rather prefer the piece of art to be sent by express mail in order to get between 3 and 5 days, you have to write me with your solicitude and assume any variation in the shipping price.
For shipments to Colombia, the shipping prices listed per product correspond to certificate mail through the company 4-72, which can take up to 3 days in main cities and up to 4 in middle cities to arrive. But if you have another company of preference you have to write me with your solicitude and assume any variation in the shipping price.
Once the payment is received, the piece of art will be sent between the next two working days. I'll contact you to inform you when the shipment has been done.

Puedo hacer envíos a cualquier parte del mundo, manejo tres tipos de tarifas:
1. Dentro de Colombia (local)
2. América
3. El resto del mundo
Para envíos Internacionales, los precios de envío listados por producto son para envíos por correo certificado que toman hasta 8 días en llegar. Pero si prefieres que el producto sea enviado por correo expreso para que llegue entre 3 y 5 días, debes escribirme con tu solicitud y asumir cualquier cambio en el valor del envío.
Para envíos a Colombia, los precios de envío listados por producto son para envíos por correo certificado a través del 4-72 los cuales pueden tomar hasta 3 días en ciudades principales y hasta 4 días en ciudades intermedias en llegar. Pero si tienes otra compañía de preferencia debes escribirme con tu solicitud y asumir cualquier cambio en el valor del envío.
Una vez el pago sea recibido, la pieza de arte será enviada dentro de los dos siguientes días hábiles. Yo te contactaré para informarte cuando el envío sea realizado.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact me as soon as you get the artwork explaining your reasons. You have 7 days to send the art piece back. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ARTWORK BACK WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. I'll gladly refund the money equivalent to the artwork price, minus shipping costs, as long as the artwork arrives in a good state and without deterioration traces.
Nonetheless I hope this never happens and instead I hope you fully enjoy the piece of art that you bought.

Si por alguna razón no estás satisfecho, por favor contáctame tan pronto como recibas la obra explicando tus razones. Tienes hasta 7 días para enviarme de regreso la obra. POR FAVOR NO ENVÍES LA OBRA SIN HABER HABLADO CONMIGO ANTES. Con mucho gusto te reembolsaré el dinero equivalente al valor de la obra, menos los gastos de envío, siempre y cuando la obra llegue en un buen estado y sin muestras de deterioro.
En cualquier caso espero que esto no suceda y que disfrutes plenamente la pieza de arte que compraste.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I offer you the possibility of having customized artwork:
1. If you'd like a portrait or specific painting based on a picture that you already have (commissioned).
2. If you'd like one of the artworks but printed, not the original.
In both cases, please contact me and we can talk further.
I do my best to take care of the environment so the artwork that I send might be packed with recycled materials, If you rather prefer to have it with brand new materials, please let me know!
If you'd like to talk about my artwork or mention it in any way, I'll be very honored. Please let me know and I'll gladly direct people to your blog or website. Thank you!

1. Si te gustaría un retrato o una pintura específica basada en una fotografía que tu ya tengas (por encargo).
2. Si estás interesado en alguna de las obras, pero en una reproducción, no la original.

Hago lo mejor que puedo por cuidar el medio ambiente, por esta razón, todas las obras de arte pueden ser empacadas con materiales reciclables, si tienes algún inconveniente con esto y prefieres materiales totalmente nuevos, ¡por favor házmelo saber!
