Hello everyone, I am not always at my computer, so I try to send your order for digistampcharacters within approx. 24-48 hours of receiving your payment.

Ordering straight from my Etsy store does not get you instant download when buying.

Your images will be emailed to the address you gave to Etsy. Please leave a comment if you want your images sent to another email address.

NOT RECEIVING FILES
Not receiving your files may be due to anti-spam filters set-up on your email account.
Some emails may also end up in your junk mail folder instead.

Due to the nature of the digital downloads I can’t offer refunds.
