Digital Kiss offers gorgeous, (often one-of-a-kind and original works), some in high resolution, high quality vintage digital downloads for artists, crafters, scrapbookers, jewelery-makers, etc. These images are *not* public domain images, as they are either our own personal artwork or the images have been altered so dramatically as to qualify for copyright protection. The rest of the art is copyrighted original works.

Limited commercial use is okay; large scale use, such as for commercial printing or PODS (such as Zazzle) is not permitted.

Terms of use:

YOU MAY:
-Sell these images printed upon handcrafted physical products for resale such as handmade or small-scale produced cards, labels, tags, jewelry, decoupaged boxes, your own business cards, etc.
-Use them for personal use such as personal scrap-booking or to make prints for yourself to enjoy.

YOU MAY NOT:
-Change these original works, or alter them in any way, for any reason, in any format, unless the specific description in the item allows for derivative works. (In some specific cases, we do allow for derivative works. If you're not sure, contact us.).
-Use them to make products for print-on-demand sites such as Cafe Press or Zazzle.
-License these original works, resell them or redistribute them in any way in digital format.
-Use them for graphic design or web design.
-Claim copyright; copyright remains with the artist.
-.Resell these original works as digital images, or make them accessible as such, by uploading them in high resolution to a website, via file-sharing, distributing them as layers, templates, brushes, patterns or tubes.
-...Sell these original works in any format for large-scale commercial projects of any kind.
-.Create and sell derivative works from our original works.
-Resell these images in their current format.

NOTE: Physical merchandise artwork (tiles within tile frames) may not be duplicated or resold in any way. That artwork is 100 percent original and not for resale or redistribution in any manner.
