DICSOLEAF adores vintage and we are glad you do too! as you know, vintage usually means pre-loved. we will always disclose any condition issues that an item may have, but please understand that items may show normal wear from use and time. we absolutely wouldn't sell anything that we wouldn't feel comfortable wearing ourselves--- so rest assured that you are investing in high quality, carefully chosen vintage ready to be loved and enjoyed by you!!
payment is accepted via PAYPAL or ETSY DIRECT CHECKOUT via credit card.
we ship within 3-5 business days in the U.S. using PRIORITY MAIL and FIRST CLASS. if you need your item in a hurry, please contact us right away, and we can get it out quicker.
DOMESTIC BUYERS: insurance is not included in the shipping costs. please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance, so that you are covered in case of loss or damage.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we ship using first class international---if you would like to upgrade to PRIORITY, which offers insurance + tracking, please contact us for rates. please note that you may incur customs charges from your local government.
we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail.
we always reduce shipping on multiple items (see "if shipped with another item" in individual listings).
Refunds and Exchanges
all vintage sales are final.
we try to describe our items as honestly, as accurately AND to the best of our knowledge through both text and pictures, listing any known imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc.) but keep in mind you are buying previously loved clothing (20+ years old) so a small amount of wear should be expected. occasionally something small may slip by us. we will only offer a refund if an item has been seriously misrepresented - minus shipping.
we do not offer a refund due to incorrect sizing, as we take extra care to list every and all measurements. all approximate "fits like" sizes are a rough estimate. tag sizes of vintage & modern day sizes often differ from each other. we suggest comparing the measurements of this garment to a similar garment that you already own to see if the item will fit you.
