Custom orders are available, if you don't see it on a listing, simply send me a message on here and I will let you know what I can do for you! I try to accommodate everyone :) A 25% down payment is required on all custom orders. I work on a first come first serve basis, and supplies are not always readily available, therefore your custom order can take from 1-4 weeks (before shipment) during normal periods. Busy times (i.e. Christmas) can take longer so please order ahead.
Custom orders can be rushed (i.e. moved to the front of the line) for a $25 fee. Please convo me if you're purchasing a custom order and would like me to add the rush order fee.
I accept Paypal and of course all major credit cards (through paypal). A 25% deposit is required on all custom orders.
STANDARD: I ship from Canada (NS) using Canada Post - small packet for most of my items (TO US AND INTERNATIONAL). This includes $100 in insurance coverage and takes as little as 4-6 business days to ship. I try to ship the day of the order if it's purchased by noon on a week day. Otherwise, I ship on my way to work the next day.
I ship with registered mail - covered with insurance and requires a signature.
I will use a different form of shipping if requested, otherwise I use the standard method listed above.
I am also happy to help investigate a lost package if this happens to occur (not yet - but you never know with CanadaPost)
I also refund shipping excess over $1.00 USD.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to please my customers therefore I will refund the price of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are non refundable. Return already made items (i.e. non custom) within 14 days of receiving the package.
