All orders are shipped via Registered mail and a signature is required for delivery.
! If you are not at home to sign for delivery, the package will be held at your post office. Please check with your local post office before reporting the package as non-delivered.

Packages shipped via standard mail cannot be tracked, therefore online updates are not available and we cannot provide details on the status of the shipment.
If a package is seriously delayed (1 week or more), please send us a message so we can open a ticket with our post office.

How the tracking works?
•Each time a package is scanned at a check point, a new update will be available. The tracking is not showing a step by step or hour by hour information, it gets updated with a new scan through a check point like customs or local post office.

Is my order trackable?
All orders are shipped via Registered mail and A SIGNATURE is required for delivery!
The STANDARD shipping doesn't offer full tracking.
The FULL TRACK shipping - pckgs can be tracked entirely during transit time, once they are scanned at the international customs
Can I have the same design on stickers and tags?
I can provide stickers and tags with the same design, even if the item is not listed in my shop.
Send me a message and I will gladly work on your request.
Do you offer front & back printing?
Sorry, but front & back printing is not available at this time.
Hopefully I will be able to provide this option in the future.
Can you print my logo on your products?
I do offer custom printing for tags & stickers for simple logos on clear backgrounds.
Before placing your order, please send me a message with the photo of your logo so I can tell you if I can print it or not.
Can you print the text in a different language?
I can customize my products in many languages.
For confirmation, just send me a message with the text you want to have printed.
Can I have something custom made?
I do offer custom made products. Still, depending on how busy the time of year is, this option may not be available always.

Do you offer digitals for your products?
