Payment
PAYMENT
Payment is due within 48 hours of placing an order via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you'll be able to process payment via any major credit card. There is a link on the left side of the PayPal page to continue checkout without logging in to PayPal.

SALES TAX
Illinois buyers are subject to 9.5% sales tax. Wisconsin buyers are subject to 5% state sales tax. Houston buyers are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
HOW TO USE A COUPON CODE
Upon placing items(s) in your cart, you’ll be directed to the Etsy checkout interface. On this screen, you’ll see a field for “Shop Coupon Code”. Please enter your coupon code and select “Apply”. LAYAWAY
We offer no-interest layaway/payment plans for larger purchases. If there is a work that you really want, just convo us and we’ll do our best to work something out.
Shipping
U.S. SHIPPING
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $1000. We also offer free delivery and installation in Chicago on all orders over $1000.
Your items will ship within 5 business days of payment clearing per the carrier listed in each product's description. All US orders ship either by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. On FedEx orders, if you ship the item to a work address versus home address, we’ll refund you $1.50 within 48 hours of placing your order.
Tracking information will be sent via an Etsy shipping notification upon shipment. All packages will include a packing slip, either inside the box or in the pouch used on the outside of the box for the shipping label.
NOTE: FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Please make certain to use an alternate shipping address with your order if the product description notes shipment via FedEx.
CANADIAN/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International OR Priority Mail International. If the actual shipping is less than the posted amount we'll refund the difference (less packaging costs) within 24 hours of delivering the work to the carrier.
Due to different size restrictions for different countries, Priority Mail International is not always available. Thereby international shipping may or may not be an option even if it is listed for a particular item in our Etsy shop. If you have purchased an item and international shipment is not possible via USPS, we will e-mail you with two options: shipment with a different carrier (with quote) or a full order refund.
Please note that customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. As part of this responsibility, please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties. INSURANCE
Shipping includes insurance. All works is insured to its full value for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for additional instruction. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the work. All work kept beyond 1 day without notification is assumed delivered safely and a final sale.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We’re happy to offer expedited shipping whenever possible with our art fair travel schedule. If your order is contingent on expedited shipping, please call 773.620.3776 (Ali Marie's mobile) to confirm our ability to do expedited shipping prior to placing the order. We are happy to prepare an expedited shipping quote to assist you with your ordering decision.
If you’ve already placed an order and wish to inquire about expedited shipping options, please notify us immediately. Expedited shipping will be invoiced separately.
LOCAL PICKUP
Chicagoland buyers are invited to pick up their order from our Bridgeport studio (1048 W. 37th Street Chicago, IL 60609) to save on shipping. Simply hit "Other" as the payment method during checkout and indicate "Pick up" under “Note to dolangeiman” during the Etsy checkout process. Then call 773.247.3775 or send an Etsy convo to schedule a pick up time. Payment will be processed here at the studio upon pick up.
GIFT SHIPPING
We are happy to ship to a gift recipient’s address. Please note the order is a gift under “Note to dolangeiman” during the Etsy checkout process. This will prevent us from including a packing slip with the order total. If you would like Dolan to write a special note to the gift recipient, please include this message in the checkout notes.
