i accept paypal, credits cards and gift cards directly through etsy as a form of payment for all WoolboxCo items.

Please make your payment immediately after purchasing your items. The order will be cancelled if no payment or response has been received within 48 hours.

Please be aware that after you purchase an item through Etsy, you will need to click the "Pay with Paypal" button in order to complete the process.

If you would like to cancel your order, please convo us.

Every WoolboxCo piece is a bespoke item and knitted to order so please allow up to 10 days for the item(s) to be knitted and sent. Please then allow for delivery time, dependent on the shipping address.

UK Orders

WoolboxCo is based in Kent, England. All orders shall be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent recorded courier service for larger orders.

All Overseas Orders

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. If you would like a tracking number, please contact me for additional shipping cost information.

Delivery aims for Royal Mail International Standard delivery:
Western Europe 3-5 working days
Rest of the World 5-7 working days

import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. i cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders that occur through the shipment process. PLEASE NOTE: Your item will be mailed to the shipping address shown on your Etsy order that you have provided. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

COLOUR CHOICE

If you would like an item knitted in a different colour, please contact me for more colour options if a colour chart is not already provided. I have a large variety of colours available but occasionally, i may need to order yarn to complete the custom order which could add time taken for you to receive the order. This will be confirmed with each individual custom order.
