Welcome
I've always enjoyed making things and sharing them with others. I emphasize customer service. I want you to be as happy with the way your order is handled and how quickly and safely it is shipped to you as you are with the quality of the finished product. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home.
Payment
I expect buers to pay promptly via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with a credit card via Paypal, so don't let that stop you. If you need to make some other arrangements, such as sending a money order, please convo me and we'll see what we can work out.
Shipping
I ship my items USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you prefer another method, like UPS or Fedex, please add that to Buyer's Notes at the time of purchase or send me a convo to work out the details. Items are mailed within 1 or 2 days of receipt of payment. If you need your item to arrive by a particular date, please let me know in the Buyer's Notes or send me a convo so I'll know and make plans accordingly.
I am happy to ship items internationally. Just send me a convo telling me where you are and I'll check on the cost, then add that option to the listing before you checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds, exchanges and credits are handled on a case by case basis, but I do extend this courtesy when the case warrants it. (Refunds on custom orders should not be necessary because I make every effort to make sure you're getting just what you ordered.) Please understand I cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed in shipping.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I enjoy doing custom orders, so if you see something in my shop that you'd like to have made a certain way (a different color, size or fabric choice, button slogans or logos, etc.) please don't hesitate to send me a convo. I enjoy working out the details in order to make sure you're pleased with the finished product.
I collect vintage cameras and photography equipment myself so if there's a particular camera image (or any other photography equipment image) you're looking for on a button product, ACEO, photograph, etc. please let me know. Chances are I have just what you're looking for.
I play guitar and have a lot of images of guitars and other musical instruments, so I can help you with these, also.
