welcome to Jody Beavers Photographs. my name is jody steven beavers. unfortunately everyone has to take part in some activity to earn a living. more unfortunately many people throughout the world live in conditions that are far less than favorable. i recently traveled to nigeria and took some photographs of the different villages i visited. while there i got the idea to sell photographs that i have taken in order to try to earn a living creatively and to donate at least 50% of proceeds directly to the villages i visited to help provide wells (which cost about $2,000 USD each) and possibly schools (at a later date). almost all the villages i visited had no schools and had no clean drinking water...forced to drink from a river that becomes stagnant ponds in the dry season. the unclean water causes much sickness especially in the dry season - leading to disease, river blindness, and death. will you consider partnering with me in this project to creatively make a living while trying to make a difference in the lives of the villagers i met? 50% of proceeds will go directly towards this project. all photos are listed as 8 X 10, if you want 5 X 7 ($30) or 10 X 13 ($70) then contact me and request the size you would like. i will then post the size you request on here for purchase. if you have any questions, feel free to contact me. have a great day!
