Drake & Lou is a small batch jam company that got its start in NYC in a small studio apartment, but recently moved to the beautiful mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho.
Our jam packs a big city flavor while using small town local ingredients. Our inspiration came from a tradition of enjoying tea at the drake hotel in Chicago with our Mom Lou Lou. We strive for unique flavors using the best ingredients we can find and enhancing each flavor with herbs, spices, and even sometimes a bit of spirits. We use as little
sugar as possible to preserve our jams so that the fruit can really shine. At Drake & Lou we feel jam should be enjoyed on everything from pancakes, ice cream, pork chops, sandwiches, to just about anything... but especially cheese.
