Welcome to Dream Glass by Lezlie.
My name is Lezlie Winemaker. To me glass is pure liquid possibility. A silent journey that begins each time I sit at my torch and melt a solid mass, transforming liquefied glass to fantasy worlds of colour, meaning and sometimes humour-a world that always tells a story inside a solid bead.
I work primarily with soft glass and create all my own murrini and cane. I love to add dichroic glass, silver foil, and all these new delicious reactive silvered glasses layering to create mystery and depth in my miniature worlds. My beads are all properly annealed and cleaned.
I have taught worldwide and would love to hear from anyone interested in classes. My fascination with transforming raw materials into works of art combined with my love of storytelling continues to keep me inspired!
