How My Casting Queue System works:
Casting orders have to be made if a client needs a set quantity, or needs a specific color, size, type, or design that is currently not readily available. That is where the casting Queue comes in.
How it works:
1). A client places a specific order for colors, type, and quantity.
2). I give them a total of the costs it will be to have them made, including shipping and handling.
3). Then the client must pay for the entire order request "in full" via Paypal
4). Upon Payment verification through paypal, I will begin to process the order.
5). Then the client's order gets placed on a wait list of up to 10 clients.
6). The client must wait from as short as 14 days, to as long as 60 days maximum for the casing order to be completed.
7). When a clients order is fully cured, and ready for shipment, I will notify the client of the impending shipment, and when it is due to ship.
I keep a running Queue from January, through to the end of June. That is the official casting season. After the 31st. of June, all casting orders will be closed for the holday season.
When a current months cast Queue is filled, I will take orders for the next months opening Queue. You will have to wait until the Previous Queue is completed before I even arrive at the next one. Waiting period upon queue order opening can be 30 days. That means 30 days from the new Queue Opening.
My hand-cast eyes are high in demand, and I will not rush any order to skimp on quality. The only other option is to request items on list in my shop, Inventory is updated on a weekly basis. I cannot guarantee that your requests will be filled, but popular color, and sizes are usually kept in stock.
