Dressedbydanni.co.uk was brought to life in June 2006 and now stands as an established company with loyal customer calling. Girls, globally, can now proclaim that they have, indeed, been “dressed-by-danni”. Dressedbydanni doesn’t directly dictate what you should be wearing this season, it simply offers you a very tempting escape route from the high street.
By placing an order with dressedbydanni you are accepting these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment
Please make payment within 3 days of purchasing, or your order will be cancelled and the item relisted. I will email you with these details when your have made your purchase.
Shipping
All UK Post and Packaging is FREE. All postage will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Recorded Delivery will require a signature on arrival. Dressedbydanni tries to achieve a 1-2 week delivery time after payment has been received. (This may vary at busier times of year). All clothes come from a non-smoking environment and are wrapped and stored carefully until sold.
Dressedbydanni will not be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.
Refunds and Exchanges
My returns policy is that I will gladly offer you an alternative garment if you are unhappy with the one purchased. Please notify me at order [!at] dressedbydanni.co.uk. The garment must be returned to me within seven days of receipt, unworn with tags in tact. I regret that a full refund is not optional. Returns cannot be made due to washing errors as all instructions are given with the garment.

Dressedbydanni reserves the right to change prices without prior notification, but this will not affect any orders that have already been confirmed.
