My name is Susan, I am a jewelry designer and artisan working out of my home "studio". I create unique one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces using a variety of elements and materials.

I do a lot of work Sterling Silver, Hill Tribe Silver or Bali Silver. I also do some work in Vermeil, which is gold-gilded sterling silver producing a much higher quality metal than simple gold-plating.
In some of my designs I use bright and antiqued silver, brass and copper. I've just began experimenting with jeweler's bronze and sketching out a few pieces, so just keep watching to see what I've come up with.
I still use some ceramic & porcelain pieces in my work, but not as much since they may easily break if proper care is not taken.
I love to use all different types of natural stones, semi-precious gemstones and natural crystals; and then add sparkle with Crystal Elements by Swarovski, Czech pressed and/or fired glass, Venetian silver-lined beads (Murano and Murano like) and the “new” Venetian blown glass beads with their look of fragility that fools the eye.

You will find that my jewelry line is very eclectic, I don't stick to one thing, I like to play around with different elements to see what I end up with and usually it ends up on the good side.
