Against the Flood is a zine about dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Ultimately it's a zine about finding your place in the world and learning healthy coping mechanisms and habits that will help you be a happier person.

I love trading for other zines and crafts. I love corresponding with other zinesters and building community through letters and emails. I love meeting new people and I am always looking for fresh, strong, positive voices to contribute writing and art to my zine.

All zines are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging (meaning that I frequently scavenge recycling bins for used envelopes and materials that can be turned into envelopes.) I try to ship all orders within a few days. I like to leave and receive positive feedback.
