FINAL UPDATE: As of 12/24 - Just as a follow-up, we have spoken with numerous PO Regional Managers and Supervisors (in the Eastern and Upper Northern Regions, Central US and West Coast) around the country and have been informed that Expedited shipments WILL STILL be delivered as late as 11 PM this day as they have added some 27,000 EXTRA drivers to help ensure even more deliveries because of sheer VOLUME this year. We hope this will help in getting those last straggling parcels still in transit to your doors this evening. If your order for any reason does not make it, please be assured we will WILL do everything possible to make things right - but it is out of our hands at this point. Again all parcels DID ship and we will resolve any open matters post holiday. This will be our final update to this shop until after Xmas. I know your printers are in overdrive and gorgeous scrolls with ribbons are being made up as gift presentations for undelivred packages (thanks to all that have shown me their creativity - Gotta Love HANDMADE! Thank you once again for all your trust and I'm happy to oblige providing these updates for you.

I need some sleep, as I suspect any meals will be eaten with my jeweler's pliers, sculpting knives and razor tweezers instead of utensils. *wink and hugs to all* -- RW

CLOSING UPDATE: As of 12/23 - ALL parcels have shipped that have been purchased within our outlined schedules thats been posted for a month now. It was NOT an easy task, but with some extra help and understanding from our classy and sophisticated clients, we have gotten everything out the door as of 4:00 PM today. We will presume some may "fall through the cracks" as thats natural with so many packages, but rest assured we will deal and respond to those isolated cases. Responses to emails and convos are nearly all up to date and any lingering emails, etc will be dealt with in the same linear fashion that has been the case for the past few weeks. Again, do NOT flood our email with repeated questions that have already been answered here or directly to you. Be patient, and communicate if you have an issue and we will do everything within our means to satisfy your concerns.

Misuse of the Feedback Forum will NOT result in rectifying anything, a simple email WILL SURELY yield you a positive response as we are very accomodating and understanding - allow the opportunity to respond.

Rememeber these are gifts, NOT LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS and be reasonable. One last time, we will ask that you trust the various Carriers to do their jobs and deliver everything timely as indicated on their websites - policies are not guaranteed with blood, so bear with. Every parcel is recorded here, so please be honest and if you receive TWO of an item because we shipped a replacement to keep you calm and your blood pressure down, contact us to ararnge for the originals to be returned. How many Sellers will do that for you ? Not many.

All Carriers are processing some 32 MILLION parcels worldwide DAILY. Cut them some slack as they do not work for any one individual alone but the entire public. We will resume regular shipping schedules after Xmas. Don't forget to READ our shop policies and if you have any issues, WRITE before "snapping" and allow us to respond and we'll resolve to your satisfaction - of this you can be certain.

We wish to thank EVERYONE that has been involved in making this Holiday Season as incredible as it has for us here on Etsy. Wishing you a very blessed and joyous holiday season.

UPDATE: As of 12/21 - Over 165 parcels shipped today via Express, Priority and International Expedited Services and expect orders to arrive tomorrow and the following day. Please be sure to check HERE for more updates as we simply cannot reply to every inquiry since our focus is getting every last order placed within the time-schedule outlined below for the past few weeks. Be assured all orders will be delivered. Please bear in mind that there are severe weather storms across the country, Humanoids are delivering these packages and there is always a margin of "Murphy's Law" and "Human Error", so please be patient.

Also know that thanks to the unexpected and overwhelming response to our ORIGINAL cutting edge designs, quality craftmanship and unique work being featured in dozens of TOP Gift Guides, Printed Press Features, Digital PR and Blogs and the amount of parcels being shipped daily, ALL Carriers will have their "Holidays Bonuses" doubled if not tripled (LOL)
