I am based in Australia and most of my customers are Australian. Since Etsy uses US Dollars, you'll find that my Etsy prices go up and down according to how the Aussie Dollar is performing against the US Dollar. This is so the price stays relatively standard for my Aussie customers.
Of course, this means that US customers benefit when the Aussie Dollar is performing badly, because I lower my prices!
