Payment

We accpet payments via:

Paypal and Transfer wise. Prices can be made lower as Transfer wise transaction fees are the lowest we know of.

After placing an order from our shop, we will send you an invoice requesting payment, this will be sent via the email address you have placed with Etsy.

You will be invoiced to your email, with a complete guide allowing you to pay with your credit / debit card. Even if you do not own a Transfer Wise or PayPal account..

Simply follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment process. We will then book your order in for the requested time frame.

If you are invoiced and do not respond within reasonable time (usually within 3 -5 days. You will be contacted by email to confirm the placement of your order. If we hear nothing from you and your order is not paid for within up to a week of that notice, your order will be removed from our sold orders and cancelled.

The listing price combined with the relevant delivery charge covers the sales tax and delivery fees applicable on dispatch. Customs charges on delivery are by law the responsibility or the buyer if any are applie. Customers should always consider and be prepared to pay these charges when ordering from overseas..

To some countries, mainly within the EU (Italy in particular) we have experienced buyers receiving high additional custom charges on delivery. These inconsistently applied charges (which we suspect are commonly unregulated), are NOT covered by the sender, and our charges and prices for delivery. These are charges that must be paid for by the receiver. We strongly recommend buyers be prepared to face such additional charges if you reside within the EU, Spain and particularly Italy.

Shipping

EXPRESS DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE) on all orders and include tracking.

Standard delivery method: Our standard delivery service is express International Post, (PHILPOST Intl Mail).

Price of delivery varies depending on the size and weight of orders. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks with Philpost Intl Mail. Cost ranges from $30 - $50 for dress orders. All orders requiring express Inlt parcel delivery are Signed for.

Fabric sample collections cost £5 per collection. These are sent with normal economy Inlt Post with Philpost, and do NOT require signing on arrival. However express is available for samples if you want them to arrive within 1 - 1.5 weeks.

Priority Order delivery method: We can deliver using DHL express Courier service. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 6 working days (including Saturdays). The cost for this service ranges from $58 - $120 and is only recommended if the buyers circumstances require it.

Additional policies and FAQs

We try to deliver within 15 working days from date of order confirmed by payment. Currently receiving payment can take up to an additional 12 working days. For this reason we are advising that for special orders in particular, lead times can vary from between 3 - 6 weeks.

However, we occasionally need to search and order the required fabric and need extra time. In contrast on occasion for individual circumstances priority orders can be processed and delivered within 1 - 2 weeks.
