We live and work in Ellison Bay Wisconsin which is near the tip of the Door Peninsula..sticking it's thumb between Green Bay and Lake Michigan. Our studio and gallery and home are housed in a retired fruit barn.
We make functional (food, microwave, oven and dishwasher safe) pottery. Each pot, mug, vase, bowl etc is one of a kind, so the photos are only a representation of what can and does happen in our studio.
We also make decorative pottery using an ancient process that is called pit firing. It's a fast wood firing which leaves unique and random patterns of color on the surface.
