Welcome, my name is Ema. Welcome to my journey of recreating my life as I transition from a stay at home mom to providing you with unique, one of a kind lampwork art beads. It is my hope to share what I create with you.

I am a member of ISGB Boston Chapter, The Fire Divas Team, The Merrimack Valley Artisans, The Fitchburg Cultural Alliance, and an Associate Artist at Rollstone Studios.

Welcome

My first and foremost shop policy is a a happy customer. Please convo me if you have any questions or concerns.

The beads and jewelry I put up for sale are items I consider to be first class material. The item(s) you are purchasing should be accurately represented. I do my best to explain them as precisely as possible and take photos of all angles. If you are not satisfied I will do my absolute best to resolve this.

Payment

I am a registered business in the state of Mass.
If you live in Massachusetts please add 6.25% Sales Tax to your purchase or I will send you an updated invoice via PayPal.

Paypal is preferred

Money Orders accepted, however a processing time is involved. Items will be shipped upon bank acceptance of money orders.

If there are any questions regarding payment and shipment please convo me and we can firm up the details.

Shipping

$3.00 United States Postal Service, worldwide.

Additional services, such as insurance and tracking will be an additional cost of $3.00, if you wish to add these options please indicate additional shipping options in notes to seller.

Combined shipping on multiple purchases is .50 per additional item.

Items will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Excluding Sundays.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Damaged goods will be accepted for an even exchange.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact Ema by email prior to returning an item at ema [!at] emakdesigns.com or just convo me here on Etsy.
