Emerge Global...we are a community grounded in compassion and conviction, believing in the vitality of self-worth, personal beauty, and change. At our heart is the Emerge Beads-to-Business Program, which supports teenage girls in Sri Lanka who are survivors of rape or incest. Drawing on the quiet simplicity of basic tools and unassuming jars of beads, the Program enables these persevering women to rediscover their inner beauty while learning critical business and financial literacy skills. Each piece featured in our gallery below is handmade by a young girl in Sri Lanka who is a survivor of sexual abuse. Help her to emerge.
