Cuffs and Ruffles Kids Boutique specializes in classic kids clothes such as little girl dresses with pinafores and petticoat dresses with jumper/pinafore dresses. We also carry trendy clothing, applique outfits, christening apparel, LDS blessing apparel, and boys outfits. All outfits are handmade by me so please allow approx 4 weeks for completion and delivery of your purchase. If you need your order sooner please contact me and I will work to accomodate you.
