REGARDING PRODUCTION TIMES: Many of the items in my shop are custom items and made to order. Production time runs on BUSINESS DAYS. Production time can vary from as little as 1 day to several weeeks. Production times are listed at the bottom of each item description. Please note the production time BEFORE placing your order and take that into consideration when ordering. I am only one person, so please understand that production times are APPROXIMATE and can fluctuate based on my workload. Production of custom items will begin only after I receive payment and any additional details needed to complete the order. Please keep this in mind when ordering a custom made item. If you need your item before a certain date, or quicker than he production time listed, please let me know as soon as possible. This would mean that you should contact me with deadlines before you purchase the item, so that we can discuss options. I try to fill all rush requests, but I cannot always depending on the time frame given and my workload. Expedited processing and shipping charges will apply as well.
REGARDING SHIPPING: Prices will be kept as low as possible and shipping costs can be combined for orders with multiple items. All items are shipped via USPS regular first class service mail. Tracking is included by default for US purchases. Faster shipping service is available by request as well, but you will be responsible for the difference in the upgraded shipping price. Also note that I am not responsible for delays in shipping and/or lost items after they have been dropped off at the Post Office. If in the event your package does not arrive in a timely manner, please let me know BEFORE you leave negative feedback and/or open up a case with Etsy/PayPal and I can try to correct the issue for you.

REGARDING MEDIA IMAGES FEATURED IN MY CREATIONS: A lot of my creations hold media images or bear likeness to something depicted in media. These items are NOT a licensed product, but rather homage to the creators. Any licensed characters/materials used in my products are NOT OWNED BY ME, but to whomever owns the copyright/trademark. These images are not my intellectual property in any way. I in no way own these images, all belong to their respective owners. I just enjoy making/sharing fanart for some of the things that have inspired/stayed with me over the years. No copyright infringement is intended whatsoever. If there is a issue with any of my items, please just contact me to discuss it and I will be happy to remove the offensive item(s.)
