While my etsy shop is always open I typically only send orders, work on designs and reply to convos & emails during the following times:
M-F from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. central time
Saturdays & Sundays - varies, but usually morning
US Holidays - closed
TURNAROUND TIMES

• Clipart, Digital Paper & Photoshop Template orders are sent as a download link to the email address on your etsy account within 24 hours. Please note etsy does not offer these as instant downloads.
• Etsy Shop Set, Logo & DIY Web Set orders are sent within 24-48 hours from the time your order has been placed AND I've received your personalized info. If you don't provide the personalized details in the payment notes the turnaround time will start from the date/time you have sent the details to me.
• Made-to-Match Items are sent within 5 business days from the time your order has been placed AND I've received your personalized info. If you don't provide the personalized details in the payment notes the turnaround time will start from the date/time you have sent the details to me.
All orders & convos are worked on and replied to in the order in which they have been received. Most correspondence is replied to within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note I am no longer accepting custom orders or customizations of any type (including font/color changes on premade sets). I am not always able to reply to these inquiries due to the high volume of requests I receive daily regarding custom work.
