Earrings should be fun to wear and make you feel pretty. I love wearing earrings even more than I love making them, so I use easy-to-care for, strong, affordable and light materials so I can create dramatic designs that don’t pull on your earlobes and cause pain.

For the most part, I work with gemstone beads and silver-plated wire (or gold-plated wire) and findings. I love working with silver-plated findings because they are lighter than sterling and more tarnish resistant, while still having that silver shine. I use smaller beads and lots of them, and use thin – but durable – wire so I can make delicate-looking pieces that are sturdy.
