hello! welcome to my etsy shop. spawned from the murky depths of the great pacific somewhere off the los angeles shoreline in 2002...essential monsters is now an oakland, california based d.i.y. company. i make t-shirts, hoodies, bags, pin sets, wallets and other one-of-a-kind goodies.

i have and will continue to work with legendary musicians the melvins on limited edition tour tees, codesigned tour tees, custom tour outfits, pins and tote bags! essential monsters have also made tees for aerosmith to wear on tour in japan!

all items are inspired by my intense love of natural history, deformities, medical anomalies and conditions, natural disasters, the bizarre, and all things seafaring and submarine.
