I usually don't work with custom orders but there is always possible to make a little changes on my products - another lace, ribbon or satin color, other lenght or size of gloves or choker. I send my orders with registered mail. If, for some reasons, you are not able to take the package over (requires receivers signature) let me know before shipping and I send with standard mail.
If your order doesn't arive within 10 days please send me info and I will claim it at Post Office. Please be sure that the package is not waiting at your local Post Office (sometimes the postman doesn't leave the notice).
