Please be sure to check your email account associated with Etsy within 24-36 hours of your purchase. I try and email patterns to any emails listed or requested. If you don't find your patterns, check your SPAM/JUNK folder files!

I send all templates within the times stated. I post 24-36 hours in my listing, but ometims sooner! Please consider that I am not at my computer 24 hours a day when sending messages or requests.
(I answer convos and questions several times daily....but life and motherhood do call~LOL)

About PDF Files:
Viewing and printing a PDF document requires a software program called Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free from Adobe at www.adobe.com, or by you can install it by copy & pasting the link below into your address bar

To view and print your patterns, double click on the PDF file name. Adobe Acrobat Reader should start automatically and you should see the pattern file box displayed on your screen. When you see open or save, click "open". To print your patterns, go to the File menu and select Print.

Payment
Payment is due upon complettion of your order. For any orders remaining unpaid after 24 hours, your transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping
Shipping is set as $ 0.00 for all items in my shop as they are sent as PDF file and emailed only!! You must print your patterns from your own printer, using your own paper.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Policy
Since Etsykim is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds are not issued once you receive the download link on your online receipt and order confirmation email, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at this site. Downloadable patterns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Within 7 days of purchase, I will email by forwarding any lost or missing PDF files at no charge. After one week, a charge will apply to re~email patterns that have been sent and received.

I am not responsible for accidental deletions or computer crashes, problems or viruses. I recommend you print your patterns as soon as you receive them and DO NOT rely on your computer or email server to save them or store them.

The following fees will apply and be charged before patterns are emailed.
1-5 patterns $3
6-10 patterns $5
11-20 patterns $7
21-40 patterns $10
Over 40 patterns, a $25 dollar charge will apply.
