Payment
I accept Paypal and USPS money order for payment. If you live in the area such as outside of US, and if you seem to be new to Etsy or don't seem to have enough feedbacks,etc, I might ask you some questions before shipping out the item. (I just need a little assurance for smooth, valid transaction.) In case you make a eCheck payment through Paypal, please allow me to wait for the fund to clear which usually takes 5 to 7 business days before shipping out the item to you.
For New Jersey residents sales tax 6% will apply.
Shipping
Shipping costs may vary depends on the product or discount sale etc. Please check shipping info on each listing! Combined shipping is also available for some products when you purchase the same kind. However, since some of my listings are shipped directly from manufacture, and caluculation of secondery shipping rate gets mixed up at check-out, I haven't applied the secondery shipping rate on each listing. So, if you would like to purchase multiple items (the same kind of products) from my shop, please convo me first. Or, you can wait for me to refund you the difference by Paypal after the purchase.

So, if you want to order multiple items from my etsy store and the information about combined shipping wasn't listed on my lisitng, please convo me before puchasing the items. In case you paid more for shipping, I will refund the difference by Paypal after receiving the payment.

Below is more shipping information about each product category
Prints:
-8"x10" or other prints that are printed on Letter Size(8.5"x11", or A4)-
My illustration prints are currently open edition. It is professionally printed after receiving an order and will be shipped directly from manufacture. So, the quality is very trustable. Shipping method is standard flat rate which comes with tracking and takes 6 to 12 business days after manufacturing. (Manufacturing time is usually 1 to 2 business days.)
-5"x7" Prints-
These are also currently open edition. Please note that the papers that are used for this prints is different from 8x10 or other prints. The prints of this size are shipped from my home via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for transit time. For international shipping, it is shipped via USPS International Air Mail with custom form. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit time.
I used to ship all my items with delivery confirmation, for 5x7 prints, I was just told that I can no longer ship it with delivery confirmation. (The envelop has to be 1/4" thinkness, or has to be upgraded to Priority Mail to add delivery confirmation.) If you would like to ensure the safer shipping, please request certified mail or upgrade to Priority Mail.(Additional shipping fee will be applied.)
Eco Tote Bag
This is also shipped directly from manufacture. Shipping method is USPS flat rate standard shipping which takes 8 to 12 business days. Shipping fees to US, Canada, and all other countries are the same $3.00.
Paintings & Wall Arts:
Paintings are packed with most care by using bubble wrap and often extra corrugated boards or filler papers for better protection. For shipping within US, unless specific shipping method is stated on the item description page, paintings are usually shipped either via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation which takes 2 to 3 business days or via UPS Ground Service.
For international shipping (usually only for small and medium paintings), I used to ship via USPS (United Postal Service) Global Express Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation which also comes with tracking service. But, in order to reduce the shipping cost, I can ship via Priority Mail. It doesn't come with delivery confirmation and insurance, so the buyer must be responsible for the damage of the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since customer's satisfaction is very important, I accept refund and exchange within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the product arrives in damaged condition, please prepare the proof in photo form for me, and let me know as soon as possible. Refund will be given as money back, however not including shipping charge and transaction fees.
Additional Policies and FAQs
