Ties and scarves bring attention to the face, change the look of basic clothing pieces, and are a reflection of personal choice. These eco friendly, plant dyed silk neckties and scarves have random patterns that are eye catching, sometimes showing the print of the leaf or petal that created the subtle color blends. Colors are locked using vinegar, steel and copper. Dyeing fabric from plants is ancient. I use plants that I have available in Northern Illinois, and only use safe to handle plants and metals. These silks are truely one of a kind items. The colors and patterns are heat locked into the fabric, no bleeding when hand washed. Even if I do two at a time, the same way, they will have variation from the plants. My plant materials are recycled through the compost pile. Shipping for silks is first class mail. For priority mail select the add on at the end of the items for sale.

Note cards are prints from my paintings, mostly from my own photographs. If you want multiple sets of cards, or special card mixes, please send a convo and I will list it for you.
