Payment
We accept payment by Pay Pal only. Florida residents will be charged the applicable Florida State sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping costs are the buyers’ responsibility and are NOT included in the sale price shown. Please email us at shipping [!at] evolvedaccents.com with your physical address and we will provide the shipping quote. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your request. On weekends, we ask that you allow 48 hours for the response. All items will be shipped by UPS freight, professionally packaged and fully insured. We offer local delivery in the Tampa Bay area for a nominal cost and of course, free pick up in the Tampa Bay area. Items will be shipped to the Pay Pal address unless you specify differently. We will ship within 72 hours of your cleared payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
We make every effort to describe items accurately and take detailed photos. Therefore, we will only accept returns if items are not described accurately. If you believe there was an error or omission in the ad, please contact us within 3 days after the item is received. If an agreement is reached to have the item returned, you must do so within 5 days in the same condition. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund through Pay Pal. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. No refunds on original shipping charges. Any returns must be returned in the same condition as sent. Any damage, alterations or use will not be acceptable for return.
