We custom make our items per order to allow choice of web color & custom sizing. Your support allows us to care for our 23 rescued dogs & horses. We handcraft 3/4",1" & 1.5" Quick Release & Martingales that are durable & comfortable. Your item will be made with care when your order is received. If your pup needs a special size or color please just let us know. Please allow us up to 8-12 days to custom make your order.

IMPORTANT!! We accept returns or exchanges in new/unworn condition if you order the wrong collar. We charge a $4.00 order cancellation fee to cover the fees that we have incurred when you placed your order. We charge a $8.00 (USA) remaking/remailing fee per collar/item that is returned if you order the wrong size or style of collar. Please be careful to order the correct collar & size. You MUST measure neck (& head for ALL Martingales!!
IMPORTANT FOR BUYERS: Every collar ordered MUST state the collar AND neck size in "note to seller" at time of purchase. If size is not indicated and you don't reply within 48 hrs. you will be sent a MEDIUM SIZE COLLAR!!!
Our collars & leashes all have heavy duty nylon webbing,reinforced stitching for maximum strength and the highest quality welded heavy duty hardware and will not break under normal use.
We are NOT responsible for misuse of our collars and or leashes such as tying your dog outside with NO supervision. Our items are not intended to be used for tying an unsupervised dog out and may not withstand a Large dog lunging into any collar with severe stress upon the collar. NEVER tie your dog without supervision at all times!!
